The Black Doctoral Network (BDN) and Temple University's Black Graduate Women's Association (BGWA) have partnered to host the 2017 Collegiate Diversity Recruitment Fair. The fair will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at Temple University’s Student Center on February 25th & 26th. The Howard Gittis Student Center is located at 1755 N. 13th Street
Philadelphia, PA 19122.

The Collegiate Diversity Recruitment Fair is a professional event for Black and Latino job-market ready graduate students and advanced degree holders to meet with recruiters from universities as well as non-profit and corporate organizations. Job-seekers will have an opportunity to interview with prospective employers, give job talks, and network with other professionals.

This two-day recruitment fair is an excellent venue for employers who are committed to diversity and inclusion at their institution. As a recruiter, you will be able to network with and interview highly qualified candidates from underrepresented groups with advanced degrees from across the disciplines for faculty or other professional positions. 


Registration Deadline: Friday, February 17, 2017

All recruiter registration fees includes a name badge, coffee service and luncheon passes provided on both days. Candidates are able to purchase lunch tickets during the registration process. This is an excellent opportunity to network with recruits.

MORE PRIVACY! Each room is guaranteed to give you more privacy for your interviews. A waiting lounge is provide outside the room for candidates. Institutions will have the ability to maximize their recruiting time by signing up for an interview room. Interview rooms can only be reserved for one day. Recruiters who reserve this package are able to reserve their select date on a first come, first served basis. The rooms will be available:

Recruiters – Cancellations received on or before January 31, 2017 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations starting February 1, 2017, or for no-shows.
