The Collegiate Diversity Recruitment Fair is an excellent venue for employers who are committed to diversity and inclusion at their institution. As a recruiter, you will be able to network with and interview highly qualified candidates from underrepresented groups with advanced degrees from across the disciplines for faculty or other professional positions.

This package is reserved for 2 representatives and includes a table at the recruitment fair. An email with your table assignment will be sent by February 20, 2017.
Interview Room Package ($750)
($650 for University Partners)
This package includes 2 recruiter registrations, a table at the recruitment fair, and a private interview room to get to know the candidates in a one-on-one setting. Interview rooms are reserved for one day only. An email with your interview room assignment will be sent by February 20, 2017.
MORE PRIVACY! Each room is guaranteed to give you more privacy for your interviews. A waiting lounge is provide outside the room for candidates. Institutions will have the ability to maximize their recruiting time by signing up for an interview room. Interview rooms can only be reserved for one day. Recruiters who reserve this package are able to reserve their select date on a first come, first served basis. The rooms will be available:

STEP 1: CREATE POSTINGS IN THE JOB BANK
Recruiters can begin creating postings in the Job Bank at blackphdnetwork.wildapricot.org/Job-Bank
STEP 2: REVIEW CANDIDATE PROFILES
Recruiters will be notified early February when Candidate Profiles have been compiled and are available for viewing. For recruiters who would like to conduct interviews in site, we welcome you to contact candidates directly to set up interview time slots.
STEP 3: REVIEW AGENDA, HOTEL, PARKING AND TRANSIT INFORMATION
For all packages pertaining to this event, we advise guests to sent materials via UPS. There is a UPS store in the Student Center where the fair will be held. There is a $5 pick up fee. Ship all materials to: THE UPS STORE, 1755 N 13th St., Philadelphia, PA 19122. It is important that you include the name "THE UPS STORE" on the package so that it goes to the correct location in the Student Center. To save time, please arrange for pre-paid return shipping. BDN will secure all pre-paid packages on Sunday for return on Monday morning since the store will not be open on Sunday. For those who wish to handle return packaging themselves the UPS hours are stated below.

INFORMATION TABLE SET UP & BREAK DOWN TIME
Two chairs and table linen will be provided for each table.
The recruitment fair will be ready for set up on Saturday, February 25, 10:00am to 11:00am.
The recruitment fair will be ready for break down on Sunday, February 26 6:30pm to 7:00pm.
