Our mission is to support Black and Latino scholars at every stage — from undergraduate through post-doctoral — with resources that build academic excellence, research capacity, and professional confidence.

Through a new digital membership model, BDN now offers continuous access to mentorship, academic development, and national peer engagement — all designed to complement and enhance your Honors College or McNair Program.
