The Ubuntu Leadership in a Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) World: Leading Ethically, Systematically, and With Care workshop explores how leaders can navigate volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) while fostering ethical decision-making, strategic systems thinking, and compassionate leadership. Rooted in the African philosophy of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”—this session challenges participants to embrace interconnectedness, collective growth, and human-centered leadership.
