Description of the Workshop:

The purpose of this workshop is to facilitate a discussion on aspects of where high schools and colleges intersect. This workshop is for practitioners working in both K-12 and higher education.

Intended Audience:

Undergraduate students, Graduate students, Professional students, Faculty, and Industry Professionals

Intended Experience Level:

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

Presenter Bios:

Dr. Smith currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in the school of education at Southern New Hampshire University. Dr. Smith also serves as undergraduate academic advisor at Southern New Hampshire University in the social sciences vertical. Dr. Smith spent six years teaching middle and high school and served for four years as the director of academics and college counseling in a private school setting.
