Delve into mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and personalized self-care plans to navigate the undergraduate and doctoral journey with resilience and balance.

Presenter Bios:

Dr. Etienne is a professor, educational consultant and instructional coach. Dr. Etienne is also an early childhood inclusion coordinator. Dr. Etienne defended her dissertation in March 2023. Dr. Etienne’s research focused on evidence-based practices for students with autism. Dr. Etienne is a proud mom of three children.
