Presenter Bio:
Hard working, disciplined, and determined are just a few words that describe Dr. Domonique DeCou, Ph. D. She is an innovative Human Capital leader, scholar, motivator and entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. Professionally, Dr. DeCou holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Southern University and A & M College, a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chicago campus. In the past she has exercised her talents and expertise in both the public, private and non-profit sectors, in the U.S. and Asia in areas such as Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Training, Consulting, and Human Resources. Previously, she hosted a radio segment on WBOK 1230AM in New Orleans, as served as co-host on a guest Small Business Nola tv show. She currently serves as the Regional Director of Human Resources for the largest charter school network in the country.
